What is the "Metal Slug Community Coalition"?

What is the purpose of the "Metal Slug Community Coalition"?
- The purpose of the MSCC is to let people know about the existing Metal Slug fan sites. Metal Slug fan sites are quite hard to come across on the Internet, and one of the most effective way to let people know about Metal Slug sites that exist is to put up a whole bunch of URLs to the sites on a single webpage.
 

What about fansites of foreign languages?
- Language does not matter at all. As long as it is a dedicated Metal Slug site, it can be linked up on this page.
 

I would like to join the MSCC. Is there a special requirement for joining?
- Yes. There are a few requirements in order to be able to enroll into the coalition. Take a look at the requirements on the list below;
1. The site must be dedicated in solely providing service to the Metal Slug series, that is to say, should the site contain any sections which are not Metal Slug-related, it is automatically disqualified from entering the group. For example, a site that provides service to both Metal Slug and King of Fighters is not elligable for joining.
2. Blogs and other forms of interactive pages hosted on places like MSN Groups are not elligable to join.
3. The enrollee must be able to maintain and update his/her site accordingly. Just creating a homepage, signing it up here, and then abandoning it soonafter will disqualify the site from being placed in the group.
4. The enrollee must also take responsibility to do his/her best in order to serve the community as their highest interest.
5. The site must have been active for at least four months before it can be qualified into joining.
 

Okay, I've decided that me and my site meet the above requirements. Where do I sign up for the registration?
- Send me an e-mail stating that you wish to join the MSCC along with the name and the URL to your site included in the message. After I receive the message, I will be checking your site to see if it qualifies to be on the list or not.

 

I'm interested in linking to this page to show people about the Metal Slug fansites. How do I accomplish this?
- Use the image that suits the size of your needs as the banner/button and just link back to this page.
